  To Dear Dr. Miao,
  My father has a FUO (Fever of Unknown Origin) for almost 5 months. It is a really urgent case. I have read your article about FUO published in 2008 and admire your knowlegde and experience. Unforunately, we live in Chongqing, otherwise, I could come to see you in person. I have been kept waiting, waiting... however no chances given to me to ask your question. Sorry I have to spent almost every minute to look after my poor father except eating, sleeping.
